You tasted something special

What was that honey?

Here's everything you need to know about what you just tried — and where to get more.

Every taste tells a story.

Single-origin honey tastes different from anything you've had before. That's because it comes from one hive, in one place, in one season — not blended from dozens of sources to hit a generic flavor profile.

What you tasted was the landscape itself: the wildflowers, the soil, the weather that year. No two batches are exactly alike. That's the point.

The four honeys you may have tried

Bright & Floral

Wildflower Meadow

Pacific Northwest, USA

Light and aromatic with notes of clover, lavender, and a clean citrus finish. The most approachable of our collection — perfect on toast, yogurt, or straight from the spoon.

Pairs with:Ricotta, fresh fruit, chamomile tea

Rich & Earthy

Mānuka Reserve

Waikato, New Zealand

Dense, complex, and deeply savory with a long finish. Mānuka has a flavor unlike any other honey — almost medicinal in the best possible way. A collector's honey.

Pairs with:Strong cheese, dark chocolate, whisky

Delicate & Perfumed

Orange Blossom

Valencia, Spain

Soft, sweet, and unmistakably floral. Orange blossom honey carries the scent of the grove — light enough for baking, elegant enough for gifting.

Pairs with:Brie, almond cake, sparkling water

Bold & Molasses-Like

Buckwheat Dark

Hudson Valley, New York

The darkest, most intense honey in our collection. Deep, malty, and almost smoky — it stands up to strong flavors and transforms savory dishes.

Pairs with:Aged cheddar, glazed meats, bourbon
