Honey belongs in more places than you think. Here are some of our favorites.
Uses: Wildflower Meadow
Creamy ricotta, a generous drizzle of Wildflower Meadow honey, and a pinch of flaky sea salt on thick sourdough. The easiest five-minute breakfast that feels like a treat.
Uses: Mānuka Reserve
A wheel of brie, baked until molten, crowned with Mānuka Reserve honey and fresh figs. Serve with crusty bread for a dinner party starter that disappears in minutes.
Uses: Orange Blossom
Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and a generous pour of Orange Blossom honey. Shaken cold, served over ice. The honey rounds out the citrus and gives the bourbon something to lean on.
Uses: Buckwheat Dark
A light, tender loaf cake soaked in a warm honey-lemon syrup while still hot from the oven. Buckwheat Dark honey adds a deep, almost caramel note that plays beautifully against the citrus.
Oats, nuts, and seeds toasted low and slow with Wildflower Meadow honey and a splash of vanilla. Clusters form as it cools. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit.
A quick weeknight dinner: salmon fillets glazed with Buckwheat Dark honey, soy, and ginger, then roasted until caramelized. Bold, savory, and just a little sweet.
